Building an Agency
Oliver led the expansion of Smart Yeti Studios as it became Smart Yeti Creative Agency. As Director of Marketing & Head of Strategy, Oliver designed integrated marketing strategies across websites, social media, direct marketing, and emerging media channels. Blending the whimsical and the practical, SYCA conceptualized everything from an Augmented Reality app for ghost hunting in a haunted theater to a hospitality learning development program for cannabis employees.
The Client Ecosystem Model
In an effort to grow the strength of Smart Yeti’s new business community, Oliver facilitated ideation sessions with multiple clients simultaneously to share their services in exchange for joint marketing operations. It was important to him to not just respond to opportunity but CREATE new opportunities where multiple clients benefit from the same campaign, brand activation, or PR stunt.
